In the near future, you’ll be able to change the address you’ve chosen in your account settings. The address you choose will be the only email address used by your Flickr account, for both login and all correspondence. If you like, you can update the primary address by following these instructions. Initially, you’ll be required to use either your Yahoo sign-in email address or your primary contact email address. Click it and you’ll be led through a simple process that will allow you to select your new login email address and a new password. Once the update is available to you, you’ll see a blue banner at the top of your screen inviting you to update your account. The first page of the login experience has already been updated with a new look, but you will continue to log in to your Flickr account with your Yahoo credentials as you always have until the rollout reaches you. That was the point where I started googling, figured out how terrible the company was, and managed to find a way to completely delete it off of my computer. ![]() After two months of that I finally was like, screw it, and uninstalled.and I still was getting pop-ups. They actually ended up renewing my subscription for free just to get the pop-up to go away, and it still didn’t even work. I ended up contacting Avast’s tech support to resolve that issue. Lucky me.) It slowed down my computer and gave me constant, unending pop-ups several times a day reminding me to renew my subscription, even though the date of my subscription’s end was still several months away. (The company folded a month later because it was 2020, but I got to keep my Avast subscription for the rest of the year. Also, from personal experience? I actually did use the Avast antivirus program on my computer for less than a year in 2020, because my work already had it for whatever reason and wanted me to install it when I did remote work.
